SHERWOOD PARK, AB: The Sherwood Park Crusaders are proud to announce the signing of forward Jack McDonough (’07) for the 2024/2025 BCHL season. McDonough, a native of Duxbury, MA, is currently committed to St. Lawrence University (NCAA, Div. 1).

His physical stature, ability to play heavy, and strong two-way play will be invaluable for us. Additionally, Jack’s skating and offensive skills will greatly enhance our style of play. We are confident that he will make an immediate impact and be a key contributor to our team’s success.

McDonough, 17, played the 2023/2024 campaign with the Lovell Academy 16U AAA program. The forward additionally was a part of Team Columbia at the USA-S16 tournament, collecting a total of 7 points (3 goals, 4 assists) in five games. Prior to joining Lovell, McDonough played three seasons as part of the Boston Advantage AAA program.
