SHERWOOD PARK, AB: The Sherwood Park Crusaders are proud to announce defenceman Jordan Gudridge (’05) has committed to the organization for the 2024/2025 BCHL season. Gudridge, 18, is currently committed to Dartmouth College (NCAA, Div. 1).
“We are thrilled about Jordan Gudridge, who is an exceptional skater with impressive puck skills, making him a perfect fit for our style of play,” commented Crusaders general manager, Adam Sergerie, on the signing. “With a year in both the USHL and NAHL under his belt, Jordan’s experience will be incredibly valuable to our backend as we head into next season. He showed his leadership qualities by wearing a letter last season with the Colorado Grit, demonstrating his high character and making him an excellent fit with the group we have. Jordan will be an important addition to our dressing room and an exciting player to watch next season.”
“We would like to thank Jordan’s advisor group, Paragon Sports, and his family for trusting us with his development as we help prepare him for his future at Dartmouth College.”
Gudrige, a native of Greenwood Village, CO, played last season with the Colorado Grit of the NAHL. There, he potted a total of 25 points (7 goals, 18 assists) in 48 total games. The year prior saw the right-handed defenceman as a part of the Madison Capitols of the USHL, picking up 6 points (1 goal, 5 assists) across 47 games.
The Crusaders would like to welcome Jordan and the entire Gudridge family to the organization.
