The Sherwood Park Crusaders are proud to announce the signing of forward Kent Moore (’05) for the remainder of the 2024/2025 BCHL season.
“Kent Moors is exactly the type of player we wanted to add at this time of year,” stated Cru general manager Adam Sergerie. “He’s a strong two-way forward who excels in the faceoff circle and has proven he can produce offensively at the junior level. His experience in the BCHL brings another layer of depth to our team, but what stood out even more was his character. The more we learned about Kent, the more we saw how committed he is to putting the team first in everything he does.”
“When you combine that mentality with his on-ice skill set, it was a no-brainer to bring him in to help us push for a playoff run. We’re excited to have him join us in Sherwood Park.”
Moors joins the Crusaders from the Estevan Bruins of the SJHL. This year, the forward has collected 40 points (19 goals, 21 assists) in 39 games. Last season, Moors played in 46 games with the Cowichan Valley Capitals. In his time there, the Kanata, Ontario, native has scored four points (2 goals, 2 assists).
The Crusaders would like to welcome Kent and the Moors family to the organization.
